Dollhouse Bookcase - Modern vs Traditional

Land of Nod has one....

Bradshaw Kirchofer makes one...

But if you were looking for a dollhouse bookcase with cleaner lines and a more simplistic form, you were out of luck unless you had your carpenter design a custom one.  Well search no further...

The House Bookcase by the new kids furniture designer in town Wadaly is a wonderful modern alternative. It can be sprayed lacquer in any color determined by the designer or client.

Their Stool and Storage Cubes  (also available in any custom color) are a great accessory piece to build-your-own bookcase to fit into any space.

On Wednesday September 14th, the line will be available to purchase on-line (for the first time) at Fab.com.  Set your calendar.

  1. The modern ones look fabulous! Quick question though...the top to bottom looks like it won't be able to accommodate more than a board book. Will one be able to put nice hardcover books standing upright?

  2. I don't have exact measurements on each shelf yet, but the total height is 80" so I'm assuming that the shelves are at least 10-12" tall
